Your Murano lamp is sent by DHL express or FedEX directly from Italy, where the lamp is manufactured. When your Murano lamp is packed and handed in, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link where you can follow the lamp all the way.

We always strive to deliver your Murano lamp as soon as possible. Between 2-4 weeks, it depends on whether it is a lamp we have in stock or that it must be customized (it usually takes 14 days).

We offer free shipping on all our Murano chandeliers in EU.

For customers outside the EU, our products are sold without VAT.
Please note that you must pay local VAT upon arrival of your item.

Our partner makes a big effort to pack the Murano lamps properly. They are packed with flamingo and bubble wrap, in large boxes, so that the lamps have plenty of space, all to ensure that the lamp arrives safely.

Our Murano lamps are newly produced. The glasses are made by glass craftsmen with 20 years of experience.

A Murano lamp is characterized by the fact that it comes from or around the city of Murano. Here they have a long tradition of creating beautiful glass art and lamps. This is often inherited craft, where techniques and crafts go from generation to generation.

The Murano lamps are sent either directly to the customer or to our address, where they can be picked up after purchase in our web shop.

Most of our Murano chandeliers come with a chrome frame, but if you have a desire to get it in mat or shiny gold look, this is also an option.
There are three solutions, either matte gold, shiny gold or chrome.
Our solutions with gold frame have an extra cost, the price is set according to which lamp you choose.
