Everything you need to know
Delivery time
We always strive to deliver your Murano lamp as quickly as possible. The expected delivery time is 2–4 weeks and depends on the item’s availability:
- In Stock: Shipped within 2 weeks.
- Custom/Made-to-Order: Please allow 4 weeks for production and delivery (production usually takes 14 days).
Shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on all our Murano chandeliers in EU.
Ordering from outside EU, please contact us, or visit our checkout page to see the shipping price for your item.
Buy from outside the EU
For customers outside the EU, our products are sold without VAT.
Please note that you must pay local VAT upon arrival of your item.

How do we ship?
We use DHL Express or FedEX. They handle your Murano lamp in a gentle way and with fast delivery.
You will automatically receive an email or SMS with a tracking link as soon as the lamp has been dispatched.
We take great care in packaging, but if any glasses arrive broken, we will gladly send you replacements.
Simply notify us within 7 days of receiving your package and provide the following:
- Images of the broken glasses.
- Images of the original shipping box.

How are the lamps packed?
We take great pride in our packaging process.
Our partner carefully secures your Murano lamp in large boxes, using plenty of protective materials like Styrofoam/foam and bubble wrap to prevent movement and damage.
Your lamp’s safe arrival is our top priority.
How are the glasses made?
All our Murano lamps are newly manufactured using time-honored techniques.
The stunning glass components are skillfully created by master glass craftsmen who have dedicated two decades or more to perfecting the art of Murano glass blowing.
This blend of new production and decades-old skill guarantees an authentic and impeccable product.

Choice of lamp frame finish
Most of our Murano chandeliers come with a chrome frame, but if you have a desire to get it in mat or shiny gold look, this is also an option.
There are three solutions, either matte gold, shiny gold or chrome.
Our solutions with gold frame have an extra cost, the price is set according to which lamp you choose.

Free customization of height of your chandelier.
We are happy to adjust the chain length on your lamp to meet your specific needs.
To request a different length, simply note the desired total height of the lamp (including the chain and fixture) in the order notes upon checkout.
Alternatively, you can email us at info@cherryvintageinterior.com with your specific requirements, and we will gladly assist you with the adjustment.
